Our speakers include: Michel Odent, Rahima Baldwin, Suzanne Arms, Jeannine Parvati Baker, Laura Kaplan Shanley, Betty Idarius, and others! We invite Midwives, Mothers, Doulas, Childbirth Educators, and birth enthusiasts to come and celebrate, contribute, and learn!

- -I attended a workshop with Jeannine Parvati Baker in Vancouver in the Summer of 2002. I had previously been to many courses, workshops and conferences related to birth but I particularly wanted to hear Jeannine because of her work in my field of pre and perinatal psychology (I am currently completing my Doctorate Degree). I wholeheartedly agree with Gloria Lemay that Jeannine Parvati Baker will rock your world! You have never heard anyone deliver the message of normal birth like this woman. At a time when giving birth is more political than ever before, Jeannine's powerful message provides a shining light of faith and courage, showing us the way to conscious birthing - indeed, to conscious living! What a wonderful opportunity to learn, share, laugh and sing!

Right On! And the world changes, one person at a time. Your interviews and workshops, played at various times in various places. tend to have an UNHARNESSING, UNCORSETTING effect, unleashing rivers of consciousness to add to the Sea of Evolution.

JP & RB, sure wish you had a weekly broadcast on NPR... a regular spot, like the Prairie Home Companion.

Any plans for you and Rico to do a film? I sure hope a film-maker doth appear with such a desire in the near future... Would be radically lovely.
