We offer these pages in memory of Jeannine's tireless efforts towards education and self-determination for women and families locally and globally.

*****A real Thanksgiving message for the season: I need to take a moment to thank you, Jeannine, for the ways you have made a special place for people of all ages in your teaching and spiritual events, as well as in your personal leavings and doings. It isn't everyone, or even everyone with some knowledge worth sharing, that meets people, from the youngest children through the elders, Where They Be, and accepts them into the circle, though in the long run, where else can we meet anyone and how else can we really share?

I think of you often and hope your healing brings you new strength and insight and grace every day. I'm grateful for your words of wisdom and the way you have made room for people to learn to love people, literally of all ages and stages, as thoroughly as possible. I'm grateful for the times we have had to maintain an inspiring long-distance friendship. I'm grateful we are alive at the same time to learn from each other. As you have said, thank you for showing us the possible.
